All Jane Hamill items are made in the USA and shipped from Chicago, IL via USPS. The photo above shows how your order will be packaged with a ribbon tie and tissue and mailed in a white shipping box. We are happy to enclose a complimentary gift card. Please just let us know how you would like it to read in the Special Instructions box at checkout.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase from Jane Hamill, Inc., you may return it for an exchange or refund, as long as it is post-marked within 10 days of the original shipping date. Items must be in their original condition (unused, unwashed, and with tags still intact). Shipping and handling charges are always non-refundable. Please note that you will be responsible for any new shipping charges or price increases.
